When I started training more than 10 years ago, I immediately wanted to learn what training and nutrition strategy would yield optimal results. I knew that simply going through the motions would not move me toward my goals.
I grabbed every book I could get my hands on and watched every YouTube video, all so I could learn more about the process of burning fat, gaining muscle, and living a healthy lifestyle.
After high school, I took my passion of nutrition and exercise to The Ohio State University, where I earned a degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, & Exercise Science in 2019
I have trained individuals with goals ranging from fat loss, to gaining lean mass, to athletic performance in person at a state of the art, hospital affiliated fitness club
