About Me

My passion is learning the best ways to structure nutrition and exercise to achieve a goal. This is an on-going and ever-growing pursuit, which is why Exercise Science and Nutrition are so interesting to me

When I was a teenager, I had extremely low self-confidence and terrible body image. I went about improving my physique in one of the worst ways possible, a starvation diet. My goal is to help people improve their self-perceptions while achieving their goals in a healthy and sustainable way (include picture of transformation from them to now)

After I realized that a starvation diet was unhealthy, I took my passion for learning to Ohio State University, where I graduated with a degree in Health Promotion, Nutrition, & Exercise Science in 2019. But the learning does not stop once your formal education ends. I am dedicated to fine-tuning my approach as I constantly by consume Research Reviews and high-quality information from the Exercise Science field from sources such as Renaissance Periodization, Jeff Nippard, and many more dedicated Science Communicators.
